After 20+ years in the events industry Toni has a wealth of experience and knowledge to draw from. Her speciality lies in the world of audio visual. She has a unique ability to translate “tech-speak” into everyday language and take the mystery out of the jargon. Her goal is always the best possible customer experience, ensuring that the AV is delivering on the event objective rather than leading with tech for techs sake. Toni is the founder and champion of 'Women in AV’, with a mission to encourage young girls and women to seek a career in AV and help create and contribute to a diverse and inclusive culture.
