All payments must be received no later than two weeks prior to the Conference. Any unpaid social tickets or registrations will be cancelled. No invoices will be issued from three weeks prior to the Conference, all bookings must be accompanied by full upfront payment.
Entry to the business sessions and social functions will be by badge or tickets only. Delegates must have their badge to gain access. There will be security checking badges throughout the venue.
A strict cancellation policy will apply. All cancellations must be received in writing to Meetings & Events Australia to Teigan Hembling, Education and Events Coordinator at email: email@example.com
The following charges will apply for cancellations:
Before 6 January 2020 full refund less $110 administration fee will be charged.
From 7 January to 1 March 2020 full refund less $250 administration fee will be charged.
After 1 March 2020, you will not receive a refund however a substitute will be accepted from the same organisation. This notification must be received before in writing.
All refunds will be processed after the conference.
Corporate registrations are being offered to allow organisations to share registrations with a number of staff members.
Badges will be printed with the company name only.
Organisations must take responsibility for managing the name badges as only one badge will be printed per each corporate registration and MEA will not be reissuing replacements.
Registrations must be made on the online corporate registration form. Single registrations cannot be converted to a Corporate.
It is strongly recommended that participants take out insurance to cover loss (including registration fees) incurred in case of cancellation, medical expenses and damage to or loss of personal effects.
MEA and its organisers will not be responsible for any medical costs incurred by participants or accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage or property belonging to conference delegates either during or as a result of attending the conference or pre-conference tours.
